META a Medical Trauma Appliance

META (Medical Emergency Trauma Appliance) is a swift and easy-to-use multi-limb splint made of a fast setting, expanding polymer foam weighing just 230gm.

The splint can be very easily applied by both medical practitioners and non-technical persons. It is simply activated and within minutes, self-forms a custom fit for the person and injury, providing immediate support and relief, immobilising, and stabilising the injured limb.

With minimum disruption to the patient, literally within minutes, META provides a safe carry system from ‘Trauma to Triage’. The META comes sealed in a biodegradable polybag and heat-protective wrap, with easy-to-read instructions inside. This product is suitable for the following: Single Limbs, Two Legs, Pelvis, Head/Neck, and C-Spine for Humans and Animals.
